Additionally, we conduct proposal writing workshops that provide the following instruction and practical skills necessary for developing successful proposals:

Methods to collect and assess the required data to demonstrate a “Need” for funding;

Development of an appropriate budget and personnel structure that adequately corresponds with an effective yet realistic Plan of Operation;

Setting performance objectives that are ambitious yet attainable; and
-
Creation of a comprehensive yet relevant Evaluation Plan.
