Raquel Perez is a nonprofit executive and consultant with more than 17 years of experience managing government grants and contracts, workforce development, and community impact initiatives. She specializes in grant compliance, program evaluation, strategic planning, partnership development, and organizational capacity building. As Founder of ROCK EP Impact Solutions, she supports nonprofits, educational institutions, and government-funded organizations in strengthening performance, securing funding, and achieving measurable outcomes. Raquel has managed multimillion-dollar grant portfolios, led national and regional teams, and overseen five TRIO projects serving more than 1,800 students annually. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington. Raquel loves to run in her free time, travel and is an avid sports fan. She resides in Dallas, Texas.
