Founder and Executive Director Elizabeth "Lisa" Retamozo started working with educational opportunity and TRIO Programs in 1994. After serving as the Director of multiple TRIO Projects for more than eleven years, Ms. Retamozo began helping fellow TRIO directors with training and effective technical assistance with their Projects. Now, with a qualified team, we are able to help more agencies and institutions across the nation with various services to improve the effectiveness of their Projects. Each person on our team has first-hand knowledge and experience working with educational opportunity programs serving youth and adults.
