In partnership with an experienced accountant with nearly 25 years of expertise, NEC has developed a user-friendly, TRIO-compliant spreadsheet template you can purchase with minimal or comprehensive assistance to match your needs.


This service includes a customized, editable Excel spreadsheet that:

  • Tracks projections, actuals, and budget adjustments by month
  • Transfers funds from one budget category to another
  • Flags potential federal carryover
  • Helps match ED budget formats with internal college/agency financial systems Includes a transaction history tab for each purchase

 

One-on-one support for initial setup and customization of the tool.

  • Step-by-step guidance for real-time tracking Optional follow-up support at key intervals (e.g., drawdowns, carryover planning, closeout)
  • A total of 20 hours of technical assistance for one year
