About this Webinar

The 2025–2030 grant cycle introduced new Competitive Preference Priorities (CPPs) for Student Support Services, and now it’s time to put them into action. Join NOSOTROS Education Center and Dr. Teresa Thompson-Pinckney for a hands-on session that bridges the gap between planning, implementation, and reporting of the new CPPs for SSS.

Description

This 90-minute webinar will guide SSS Project Directors and staff through strategies to revise, implement, and monitor their CPPs throughout the project year, ensuring data and documentation are ready for the Annual Performance Report (APR).

Attendees will receive an overview of federal education priorities, explore sample CPPs, learn how to link CPP initiatives to measurable outcomes, and review how CPP-related activities appear in Section I, Part 3 of the SSS APR.

Key Takeaways:

  • Review the 2025–2030 SSS CPPs and what they mean for your project.

  • Learn how to revise and implement your CPP plan to align with project objectives.

  • Identify practical ways to monitor CPP-related activities throughout the year.

  • Understand how to connect implementation data to APR reporting requirements.

Whether you’re new to SSS or preparing for your next APR cycle, this session will help you move beyond compliance to confident, strategic implementation of the new CPPs.
