Department of Education issued a blanket no-cost extension  for all Talent Search (TS), Educational Opportunity While the no-cost extension (NCE) provides valuable time to continue services without interruption , What does a No-Cost Extension mean?     A No-Cost Extension (NCE)  provides grantees with extra time, but no additional funds. As covered under 2 CFR § 200.308(d)(2) , this extension is temporary, most often limited to 12 months
