Virtual External Evaluation for ALL TRIO Programs

NEC conducts online process-based evaluations to determine a Project’s success in delivering services to accomplish its objectives. NEC assesses the following components virtually throughout a designated timeframe:

 

  • Plan to Identify, Recruit, & Select Participants

  • Plan to Assess Needs & Plan to Monitor Academic Progress

  • Plan to Deliver Services to Participants

  • Academic & Supportive Activities, Services, & Workshops

  • Budget (Expenditures & Carryover) & External/Internal Monitoring Methods

  • Formative Evaluations (Review of Monthly Reports & Internal Goals)

  • Summative Evaluations (Review of APR and Participant/Staff/Agency/College Surveys)

  • Quality of Personnel & Institutional/Agency Commitment

 

Our process-based evaluation will provide TRIO Projects with the following benefits:

 

  • Improvement of the overall delivery and quality of services provided to its Participants;

  • Identification of necessary interventions and/or changes to certain program components to increase the impact of Project services on Participants;

  • Collection of data or outcome results for public relations and promoting Project services; and

  • Examination and description of effective programming components for duplication elsewhere within the institution, agency, and/or community.

$6,500 – Includes pre- and post-evaluation consultation.

 

After purchase, you will receive an email with instructions for scheduling your Virtual External Evaluation.

 

You will meet with NEC staff via Zoom. All meetings will be recorded, and you will have access to them.
