About this Webinar
Why wait until the fall to begin working on your Upward Bound (UB)/Upward Bound Math-Science (UBMS) PY 25-26 Annual Performance Report (APR)?
The UB APR can be one of the most time-consuming responsibilities of the year. Yet by mid-summer, projects already possess most of the data needed to begin preparing for the 25-26 APR reporting cycle.
Join Lisa for this structured 90-minute webinar designed to help UB Directors and staff begin preparing now rather than waiting until the APR website opens and the fall semester is in full swing. This session will provide practical guidance on organizing data, reviewing reporting requirements, identifying common problem areas, and developing an APR preparation strategy to save time and reduce stress later in the year.
You will learn:
• APR planning and preparation strategies
• Review of current APR instructions and reporting requirements
• Key data elements needed for APR completion
• Common APR errors and how to avoid them
• Documentation and data collection practices that support accurate reporting
Whether you are a new UB Director, a staff member responsible for APR preparation, or an experienced TRIO professional looking to streamline the reporting process, this webinar will provide practical tools and strategies that can help you prepare for a successful APR season.
Who Should Attend?
• Project Directors
• Project Assistant Directors
• Project Data Entry Specialists
• Project Staff responsible for APR preparation and reporting
Don't wait until the APR reporting season arrives. Start preparing now, identify potential challenges early, and develop a plan that will make APR completion more efficient and less stressful.
