She brings over two decades of leadership experience helping institutions and organizations simplify complexity, prove impact, and reclaim time through strategic design, compliance, and evaluation solutions.

A TRIO alumnus, TRIO Priority Trainer, and retired higher education administrator, Dr. Thompson-Pinckney most recently served as Associate Vice Chancellor for Student Success and Enrollment Management, where she led the development and implementation of an innovative, integrated student services model that significantly increased enrollment and retention rates.

Throughout her career, she has secured over $59 million in federal, state, and foundation grants with a 90% success rate, helping organizations align strategy, compliance, and performance to achieve equity-centered outcomes.
