Purchasing Regalia for Graduation Ceremonies
TRIO projects that host a seminar or event marking the graduation of TRIO participants can pay for any supplies (including graduation regalia) needed to help make that event more successful.
Ensure that your Participants are a part of the celebration; otherwise, you cannot use a supply for a Participant who is not a part of the event.
