Initial Assessment of 2020 Draft SSS RFP

1.) “New” additional Project Design Section requiring a logic model demonstrating "rationale"

2.) Two (2) new CPPs - 3 pages MAXIMUM for each CPPs – a total of 6 pages

3.) 65 pages RECOMMENDED for the narrative

4.) No budget increase for currently funded projects - only up to the FY 2019 base award amount

5.) New projects can write for up to $253,032 (maximum)

6.) No changes in special populations

7.) No due date yet BUT expect only 30 days from the time the final RFP is published in the federal register
