Breaking News! UB RFP out tomorrow - Dec 16th

The final UB RFP will be out in the Federal Register tomorrow. I scanned the document available today, and it looks like the same info that ED is sharing in their tech asst webinars. The entire RFP will be available tomorrow (Dec 16).
