A policies and procedures manual is a valuable resource to serve as a guide for staff to effectively implement all aspects of your TRIO grant.  We provide a sample Table of Contents that you may modify to fit your requirements, and then we will work with you to complete all sections to your satsfaction. 

 

A typical manual will include an overview of your College/Agency, history of the national program, an overview of your project, a Plan of Operation, Documents & Forms, and Project Administration procedures.

 

You will meet with NEC staff via Zoom as well as exchange information via email. All Zoom meetings will be recorded, and you will have access to them.
